You will discover the secrets related to the making of the Nougat Jonquier, whose family tradition has been passed on for six generations. You will learn the selection of almonds, the discovery of the honey of our Provençal hills, and the making in the copper cauldrons that date from the creation of the factory! At the end of the workshop, you can leave with the 500g of your production, and have it tasting to your entourage.
