Cancellation policy of a booking, for travelers

Each owner has the choice between 3 cancellation policies for stays booked online. It is important to check the cancellation policy related to the chosen accommodation before making a booking request: depending on the cancellation policy applied, you may not be entitled to a full refund if you cancel your trip.

Here are the 3 different policies:

  • If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the (local) arrival time provided by the host (or by default before 4 PM of the intended day) you will be entirely refunded.
  • Between 48 hours and the h-hour: 100% is due to the owner. No refund will be made to you.
  • After arrival: 100% is due to the owner. No refund will be made to you.

  • At least 5 days before the scheduled time, you will be refunded the total booking amount.
  • Between 5 days and 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Between 48 hours and the scheduled time, 100% of the amount is due to the owner. No refund will be made to you.
  • After arrival: 100% of the amount is due to the owner. No refund will be made to you.

  • At least 7 days before the scheduled time, you will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before the scheduled time, 100% of the amount is due to the owner. No refund will be made to you.
  • After arrival: 100% of the amount is due to the owner. No refund will be made to you.
