During the visit of our workshop you will discover, in the birthplace of Maximin Giraud (witness of the appearance of The Virgin at Notre Dame de la Salette), the ancestral activity of the manufacture of liqueurs and aperitifs. It is from mountain plants like the Génépi, the Chartreuse Vulnerable, hyssop, or wild fruits such as blueberry and mure or raspberries ripened in the sun of our mountains, that we elaborate our liqueurs and aperitifs . Every day something happens within our walls. We will explain all the different stages necessary to the creation of our delicious preparations, from the plant to the bottle. Some days we distill, others we assemble or we filter, others we bottle. The bottling and labeling of our production is still done by hand.
At the end of your visit you can taste the Salettina, the Génépi des Alpes, the Cernoix, our aperitifs with raspberry, gentian or the Mojito des Alpes, a surprising cocktail with the flavors of the mountains. The visit of our workshop is offered from June to September: the morning from 10am to noon or the afternoon from 3pm to 6pm. See you soon in our distillery.
